Philosophy and Strategies: With a focus on psychodynamic therapy, Antonia also utilizes therapeutic approaches including play therapy and expressive arts therapies. Antonia believes in the importance of fostering a secure, trusting, therapeutic relationship. She views therapy as a collaborative process which allows clients to put their thoughts, feelings, and experiences into words. She believes that through this process, clients can experience emotional growth and greater self-understanding. She would describe her approach as warm and attuned.
Antonia [she/her] works with children along with their parents and also sees young adults and adults individually. Antonia utilizes psychodynamic techniques to address issues related to relationships, professional challenges, anxiety, and depression. Antonia’s professional experiences also include previous outpatient services in the private practice setting, providing mental health services at a children’s camp, and providing groups and individual care in a rehabilitation setting. Currently, Antonia is a doctoral student at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, building on her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling which she completed there in 2024. Antonia also enjoys writing poetry and short fiction
Antonia offers individual services to children and adults, both in person and via telehealth.
