Antonia (she/her) works with adults individually and also sees children along with their parents. She practices from a psychodynamic framework to address issues including relationship challenges, school and professional concerns, family conflict, trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, and depression.
Antonia believes in the importance of fostering a secure, trusting therapeutic relationship. In session, she creates a space where clients can process difficult feelings and experiences, identify and resolve unhelpful patterns, and explore relationship difficulties. She describes her approach as warm, collaborative, and attuned.
Antonia’s professional experience includes outpatient services in private practice, as well as providing group and individual care in hospital, school-based, and rehabilitation settings. She is currently a doctoral student at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, building on her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Antonia also enjoys writing poetry and short fiction.
Antonia offers individual services to adults and children, both in person and via telehealth.
