Eren Santana-Bykofsky (they/them) is a creative and client-centered art therapist who integrates expressive therapies with evidence-based practices to support healing and personal growth. Eren works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism.
Eren’s approach combines art therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, and solution-focused techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. They believe that creative expression can be a powerful tool for processing experiences, especially for those who may find it difficult to put feelings into words.
Their work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strengths-based. Eren aims to create a supportive, affirming space where clients feel safe exploring their identities, experiences, and challenges at their own pace. By integrating both creative and structured therapeutic approaches, Eren helps clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their daily lives.
