Gabriella (She/Her) provides therapy to teens and adults (ages 13+). Her approach in therapy is gentle,
empathic and person-centered while using a trauma-informed lens to empower and motivate
individuals through the therapeutic process. Gabriella graduated from William James College in 2016 with a Concentration in Health & Behavioral Medicine. She has worked at The Trauma Center in Brookline, MA where she received a certificate in treating complex trauma. Gabriella uses various therapeutic tools including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART) model, and Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in outpatient counseling and community based mental health, this includes providing therapy in Spanish for Latino families. Gabriella specializes in working with issues of mood disorders, complex trauma, traumatic grief, and life transitions.
