Kira (she/her) is a compassionate clinician who highly utilizes strengths-based, client-centered therapy to support personal growth and healing. She graduated from Simmons University with a Masters in Social Work and has prior experience working in school settings.
Kira works with children, adolescents, families and young adults, and focuses on anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem and identity, LGBTQIA+ issues, and neurodivergence.
She combines therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Play Therapy to best suit the needs of clients. Her approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, affirming and supportive to meet clients where they are.
