Laura (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with children, adolescents, and adults using a strength-based, collaborative approach. She has experience supporting clients across a range of diagnoses and has a particular interest in working with neuro diverse individuals.
Laura is DBT-trained and integrates both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into her work. She has extensive experience working in community-based settings with children, teens, and young adults, helping clients build practical coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Laura earned her graduate degree from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, and brings a thoughtful, supportive, and skills-focused approach to therapy. She values meeting clients where they are and working together to build on existing strengths to support meaningful growth.
Laura offers individual services to children and adults both in person and via telehealth.
