Nana Park provides compassionate and culturally attuned therapy for individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, and relationship concerns. She has extensive experience supporting family members of individuals with personality disorders and offers specialized support around racial trauma, particularly from the perspective of an Asian American woman.
Nana is deeply committed to helping clients build self-esteem, strengthen communication skills, and feel empowered in their relationships and life choices. Whether clients are navigating a major life transition, experiencing emotional distress, or seeking personal growth and healing, she offers a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where meaningful change can take place. Nana is a doctoral candidate of psychoanalysis with 10 years of clinical experience.
