Rebecca (She/Her) works with teens, adults and families using a variety of theoretical models and evidence-based interventions. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, active and non-judgmental. She has a style that is warm, direct and authentic. Her clients experience a range of distressing mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, issues related to GLBTQIA identity and substance abuse/addiction. Rebecca’s goal is to reduce distress and disconnection and assist people in the development of an enriching life. Rebecca’s clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and a Fellowship in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2005, and has worked in a variety of roles including providing outpatient and community outreach therapy.
