Sarah (she/her) works with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and mind/body issues. She enjoys working with people of varying backgrounds and experiences, including significant mental health stressors. Sarah also uses her education in Sports Psychology with athletes to normalize the importance of mental health in sports.
Sarah earned a Master’s in Sports Psychology from Ithaca College in 2006, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Boston University in 2023. She is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist. Currently, Sarah is a doctoral student at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Psychoanalysis.
Sarah accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts commercial plans, Harvard Pilgrim and private pay at a reduced fee. She is a pre-licensed Master’s-level clinician working toward independent licensure, and receives in-house clinical supervision.
