Stephanie is a master’s-level, pre-licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and difficulties with emotional regulation. She especially enjoys helping clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and find healthier ways of navigating stress, relationships, and change.
Her therapeutic style is warm, genuine, collaborative, and strengths-based. Stephanie brings compassion, authenticity, creativity, and appropriate humor into the room, creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel truly heard and be themselves.
Stephanie views therapy as a sacred space to not only work through everyday stressors but also exploring the deeper experiences, patterns, and personal narratives that may shape current challenges. Using an individualized and trauma-informed approach, she incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. She helps clients recognize the stories they may carry about themselves, consider new perspectives, and develop meaningful and sustainable ways of approaching life.
Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College.
