Meg (she/her) works with adults and teens ages 13 and up. She supports folks dealing with challenges of anxiety, depression, life transitions, social and communication challenges, gender and sexual identity, and neurodivergence. Meg uses a collaborative approach that integrates a person’s intrinsic wisdom and lived experience with her clinical background so that together we can come up with new ideas, perspectives, and strategies. Meg uses a gentle, direct, and nonjudgmental approach involving reflection, questions, and humor. This may include goal-setting, exploration of personal values, or collaboration for accountability. Meg recognizes and celebrates the diversity of human experience including gender expression and neurodiversity. Meg’s work is rooted in anti-oppression, body liberation, and social justice movements. Meg graduated from Lesley University in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and has worked in outpatient and in-home settings with clients of all ages, as well as working as a special education teacher for 7 years.
