Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Our clinicians are ‘in-network’ with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tufts Health Plan [HMO/PPO/GIC plans] and Optum [UBH/Harvard Pilgrim/AllWays Health].
Our clinicians are not in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Fallon, Beacon, Network Health, Neighborhood Health or MassHealth.
We also accept ‘out-of-network’ referrals, meaning that the clinician is not in your network but your insurance might pay some of the cost toward the service. We ask for full payment upfront at each session and will provide you with a receipt or ‘superbill’ to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We’re happy to check your benefits prior to the first session and help you understand what your insurance will or won’t cover.
Out of Pocket Fees
All clinicians accept credit or debit cards only as payment. HSA cards are accepted whenever possible.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We aim for an atmosphere of mutual respect with our clients, and ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice. We understand that emergencies come up, such as medical emergencies or illness, childcare emergencies or weather conditions. If you cancel or do not attend the session with less than 48 hours’ notice other than in cases of emergency, we ask that you pay a late cancellation fee of $100.
