Sophie (she/her) works with children, teens, and young adults experiencing trauma, interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, and depression. After experiencing first-hand the magic of a good therapist, Sophie decided to pursue her passion for psychology and embark on a career in mental health counseling, recently earning her Master’s in Counseling with a child specialization through Northwestern University.
Sophie utilizes psychodynamic, humanistic, and relational approaches in her talk therapy, and may also use techniques drawn from play therapy or Trauma-Focused CBT.
